- What is the investment?The investment to become a premium members is £197+vat monthly plus one of one-off joining fee of £297+vat

- How quickly can I expect to find an HMO that suits me?Depening on how tight your criteria is we expect partners to work with us for (up to) 12 months. In that time we are confident you will find an opportunity that suits.
- Do you know where HMOs are going to come up?In short we don't. HMO opportunities come up in all shapes and size all over the UK.
- How many premium HMO opportunities can I expect to see each month?We typically onboard between 5 and 40 HMO opportunities every month, nationwide. One month we might have 2 portfolios of 10, then next we might have 30 individual HMO vendors.
- Who typically joins the premium membership?Those joining premium are investors who are looking to gain a time & access advantage over the field, and understand the value of exclusive and timely information.
- Is there a minimum term to the membership?No, its a rolling monthly contract, and you're not tied down to any fixed period. You cancel at anytime.
- How many HMOs get sold to standard members?70% of our HMOs get sold to premium members before they go to our wider database & the open market. Standard members have access to approx 30% of potential HMOs
