This service typically helps identify investment & development opportunities throughout england and wales with a 15 to 20% gross margin on costs, before income.

These normally come in the form of large existing HMOs with the ability to reconfigure or refurbish,
and have a minimum GDV (gross development value) of £1 million, and a maximum of £5 million.
