Existing Go Tenant customers were subsequently welcomed to the COHO system, with provisions made for data migration. The integration of Go Tenant's offerings into COHO has resulted in an expanded platform that continues to support landlords in managing various types of rental properties, including those relevant to the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) market through its strong focus on HMOs and shared living.
